Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 04, 2017 8:54 pm We are currently trying to decide between 2 houses at the moment - The Bermuda 23 and the Charlton 28, both Porter Davis homes. We however wish to add onto the Bermuda some rooms that you can, but it seems only the "standard" version of the Bermuda is available in all the display villages. And am struggling to commit to a house that I can't view to get a feel. Am thinking of asking our sales consultant if any with the modifications we are after (they seem fairly common add-ons) are currently under construction and if there is any chance we may be able to get taken through one. Has anyone had this happen before, either through Porter Davis or with another company? I know Boutique have done it, as my friend had someone taken through his unfinished house. We built a house that wasn't on display at all, we could only view a few houses built by the builder but nothing like our plan. It would have been good to be able to as there are definitely some things I would change now if I could. Overall though, it hasn't really caused any issues.
