Few questions though. How are the timelines with the stages. Did Arden stick to the planned dates? Any pickups from your PI for the Pre pour? Re: Arden Homes - Votivo 43 - New home build 96Nov 11, 2018 9:14 am We have yet to finish base stage so I can't comment on timelines yet, and they have not completed the slab mesh and formwork so there's nothing to inspect yet. We intend to do 2 inspections at base stage - one pre-pour to check the steel and formwork, and another one post-pour to check for slab levels and defects. We are on a p site so we want to make sure the slab is perfect. chanaka Congrats g33. Wonderful to see things are moving on your one. Keep us posted on next steps. Few questions though. Make sure this is done properly and solid. I know you are on a P site so are we. The thing with Votivo is we have a lot of weight compared to other designs (like build on top of Garage, Walls with bricks on top floor ..etc). This is a good thing which puts more onus on the base i suppose. The question I wanted to check with you on timelines was if they are moving with the dates? Things like temp fencing, Site cut which I believe would have already been done in your case. Keep us posted G33.. Best of luck. Re: Arden Homes - Votivo 43 - New home build 99Nov 11, 2018 10:21 am We are getting Jeannette Gage to do our inspections. I suppose the estate developer wanted to get the trees in early that's why they've already planted them in the nature strip. Treedance Wow really happening now! Who are doing your inspections? And why the tree before construction finished?? Congrats must be nice to be getting on. We are supposed to do slab pour on the 16th, but based on what I've seen onsite, I doubt they'll be able to do it on time. I'm not in a rush so I'll let them do it in a reasonable timeframe. I don't want a rushed half-baked job with so many errors. The SS seems to be ok so we'll see how good it goes down the track. chanaka Yes doing inspections on the base stage sounds like a good plan.
