Sales Consultants are The least Trusted Professions 2017 and the new homes sales industry requires regulating.
If You have a complicated build, difficult site, high expectations, Custom Build,. etc,etc...Buyer Beware, get professional advice beforehand
here's why
1. Salespersons earn huge commissions up to 5% of the contract value
2. They will become your best friend...until you sign and then you will never hear back from them, when issues arise
3.They will give you a free $10 Door handle upgrade (come in Spinner) while in the office you'll get slugged $50K for Engineering Upgrades..Go Figure
4. They will promise whatever it takes to "put the deal on the Sales Managers table", at best when the chips are down at contract signing,you will be told " they're only the Salesman... What do they know..?".
5. They rely on Privity of Contract
The Project Builders would do best to set higher standards and hire more ethical employees..rather than unethical subcontractors
6.You are on Australia's No1 Building Website " Ask Relevant Questions, learn from other peoples mistakes, Insist on Information, Data and most of all ask for proofs
