My site start was 6th April and my SS thinks I will have NHP and handover by the end of August. Hopefully less than 20 weeks . Mine would have been closer to 16 weeks but my darbecca inspections and a change of SS have slowed things down a little. Things seem have moved quicker after lock up. Hope they manage to get it finished before the end of the year, Christmas in your new home would be the best present ever. Does anyone know how much time it takes from site complete to Final Handover or move in.. I mean it is always case by case, just a rough idea. No reinforcement is to be in contact with the void former or plastic membrane. Areas noted include garage boundary wall, IR1, front wall, front porch and internal corner of garage. - Termite flange to be repaired to bath waste, membrane to be adequately sealed with duct tape. - All reinforcement to be adequately tied off, including bottom Trench Mesh in deepened rebates, HWS Rebate and PR sections, with ligatures not to be in contact with void former or plastic membrane. Trench chairs to be installed where required. -PRB states 4bar (4L11TM) to be installed to front of garage, not installed at time of inspection -IR1 to be tied off - PR to garage boundary wall to be tied off completely - Reinforcement slab mesh to be cut to suit and sleeves installed - Porch alfresco to be squared. [/quote] I'd recommend for peace of mind. Their fees are on their website. I know for frame inspection, they want to see it before the roof and wrapping goes on. [/quote] I called them today, as it was short notice only time available was on Thursday afternoon and as per SS they are doing wrapping. So decided to do Pre-plaster and semi frame together when it is ready.
