Gorgeous choices - it looks like we'll be building to around the same schedule! Thanks GoodOne 😄 Yes hopefully we should be building around the same time. I just hope we get our land titled before Christmas. It’s currently still in land titles office. It’s been in there 3 weeks so far. 😐 Re: Building Grange 25 Coral Homes - Northern NSW 48Nov 12, 2017 7:46 pm Similiar to our colours. Eclipse brick, offwhite mortar, monument roof and gutters, surfmist fascias and windows. We decided to include everything that we wanted rather than do after hand over purely for convenience as there will be so much going on after the build - fencing, landscaping, furnishing. And then our second house we have to start to tackle. We went $5,500 over our allowance. We had a $3,000 allowance. We were happy with the help Clipsal gave us, really good informative service. Re: Building Grange 25 Coral Homes - Northern NSW 51Nov 13, 2017 5:50 pm I was actually a bit disappointed with how grey the monument roof looks, lol. Our last build had light coloured bricks, so the monument roof looked almost black. We never actually saw a sample of the eclipse brick, so never compared the monument with it. But we LOVE the dark bricks, and the surfmist fascias and windows help to break up the dark colours and go really well with the offwhite mortar. It’s hard because when they are paired with different colour combos they can look completely different. I think the monument looks great though! Re: Building Grange 25 Coral Homes - Northern NSW 54Nov 17, 2017 3:04 pm Wohoooo!! I was just looking and that house you posted on the first page looks exactly like what we have decided! Wow really! I love eclipse bricks, but at the last minute we changed to chiffon with white accents. Re: Building Grange 25 Coral Homes - Northern NSW 56Nov 17, 2017 3:11 pm Ooooh I like them, they're different but I quite like them! Can't wait to see you get started ! Re: Building Grange 25 Coral Homes - Northern NSW 57Nov 22, 2017 1:11 pm Colour variations signed and emailed back to coral today. Plans are about to be submitted to council in a week. We have also decided to add a pool at the tenth hour lol. So we have had to raise a variation to add I extra piering. It will just be a small pool. Re: Building Grange 25 Coral Homes - Northern NSW 59Nov 25, 2017 9:30 pm Somehow I was unfollowing you congrats on land registering & for the pool I’m very envious Re: Building Grange 25 Coral Homes - Northern NSW 60Nov 25, 2017 10:21 pm Thanks BD! Finally hopefully late jan or feb start date. The pool plans have set us back a few weeks whoops! It’s just a plunge size pool, but the kids will have fun swimming in it. 😊 Hi, I am wondering if anyone has built with Montgomery in the last few years on the Northern Beaches?
