Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 21, 2017 5:03 pm After getting to contract stage with Fairhaven last year to build the Glenaire, we had to pull out after getting a -35K valuation on our build and land.
There really wasn't much comparable sales data to compare too which is why we had the low valuation. We decided to move on and Sold the Block in January this year and bought another one in a better/more expensive area where valuation shouldn't be a problem. We have a 512sqm block and just signed contracts to build the Amalfi 27 with Henley, the Old Mainvue 530. Land is due to title any day now. Could you please kindly tell me where it's from? Thank you! It's a Corinthian door Re: Our Henley Amalfi 27/530 11Aug 30, 2017 2:45 pm welcome! I absolutely love this floor plan and if we had a larger block we would have built this over the Sahara 40 but we had to build what we could on our block of land! We too are getting a pivot door and this is one of the things we are looking forward to the most! Re: Our Henley Amalfi 27/530 14Sep 16, 2017 3:03 pm hnag Wow congrats on your amalfi build. We have exactly the same exterior colors and the same door 😀. Will be following your posts closely. Oh awesome, I see we have the same bricks. I love the front door, can't wait to see it. What stain did you end up getting, we got it in Charcoal, hopefully it looks alright. Re: Our Henley Amalfi 27/530 15Oct 01, 2017 9:25 am Following your build! exciting times!
