Our first builder misled us and we had P soil type so costs went up $27k! They won't even tell us what was initially allocated. We are with Arden now, they allocated $40k as they knew it would be P type as it's a KDR, and ours have come down 7k. Flat block but loads of fill so have to go down 3m in some sections and use piers. Friends are building with PD and it seems like they also have good allocations for site costs at the start so hopefully you'll be ok. Good luck!
