Just want abit of info and to be armed the best I can before going for ours! davedestructagency@gmail.com Hey, so sorry I only just seen this and realised it's a few months late! (oops) We did our colour appt at the office in Berwick, it's quite small but there was a lot of choice and the inclusions were actually quiet decent but my partner and I upgraded a few of the bigger things (bricks, stone bench colour, shower heads, toilets etc) To give you an idea of pricing, I think all up we upgraded both toilets, an undermount sink, cat 8 grey bricks (thunderstorm by Selkirk which was $1600 for the whole house), extra bench colours, glass splash back colour and carpet to cat 3 (automatically upgraded the underlay to cat 2 which was very soft) - everything was $6,500! Which I thought was very reasonable for what we got! Look forward to seeing everyones build pics We are looking to do a KDR with fairhaven homes, Have seen plenty of good reviews about them pre construction and plenty of negative reviews about them during contruction… 0 18038 |
