Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 - Ormeau Hills - Week 5 Frame Week! 261Nov 27, 2017 8:23 pm Little Update! Over the week past we had the slab all finished and drying, they also cleaned up the front of the block which has made it look great! The frames were delivered today ready to get going tomorrow which is really exciting can't wait to be able to actually walk through and start visualizing everything . Termit barriers also started today and I think will be finished tomorrow! Photo doesn't do it justice but I'm actually really happy with our garden size, we opted for a wider house that lost us space on the side but gained us garden space which I think is way more usable anyway for future dogs/kids! We only have small sides but honestly what can you do with side? Its much better to have smaller side then a smaller backyard. Can't wait to see frames up! Frames due to be all done tomorrow ! Gutters and fascia Monday and roof starts Tuesday! We have contacted Coral for the refund as it wasn't installed and is no longer required. I've only had one quote but they took my plans to create it so I'd think it would be quite accurate. I've gone ahead and emailed it to you, they recommended a 12.5kw system for our house. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck.
