Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 - Ormeau Hills - Week 1 Retaining W 224Nov 06, 2017 6:23 pm Caydenn So today was our colours day and let me say what an exciting amazing day :O. We spent 4 hours there and walked out 100 times more excited and in love with our build. I don't think there is a single choice we made today that I am doubting I really am happy with everything! Might not be everyone's cup of tea but we love it! Something else we ended up doing was we have decided to run our splashback tile all the way up and around/behind our rangehood which is going to achieve an amazing look! Outdoor Choices: Brick - PGH Eclipse (Off-White Mortar) Garage Door - Black Walnut (Seville Pattern) Door Stain - Walnut (Going to apply more coats to darken and match garage) Roof Tiles - Coal Window Frames - Monument Gutters and Fascia - Monument (Matches Widows) Door Handle - No idea on the name but picture is attached Door - 6 Panel Glass door - 1200mm x 800mm Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Internal Choices: Main Area Floor - Chestnut TC0334 (Vinyl) Carpets - Dark Matter (Bronze Range) Upgrades with 10mm underlay, SO WORTH THE $4/sqm feels incredible!! Door Handles - Braxton Internal Paint Colour - Snowy Mountains Half Theatre Room Paint Colour - Domino (Looks like an amazing Dark Charcoal Grey) Kitchen Benchtop - Caeserstone Snow with waterfall edges. Kitchen Mixer - Not sure on the name but absolutely love the moveable head Kitchen Cabinetry - Laminex Polar White Silk Finish Bathroom Benchtops - Caeserstone Snow 40mm Vanity Colours - Laminex Espresso Ligna Handles - Not sure on the name but the look incredible in person, the shiny chrome is for bathrooms and the stainless steel is for the kitchen to match the appliances. Are you able to share how much it was to run the vinyl up the island bench? We are doing this also but I have no idea how much to budget. So glad to hear I could help at least one person, I'd love to do a big write up for home builders when I'm done all of this because I feel like I have learn't so much that I would have killed to now when we started. The carpet call installer is going to do it privately, we are looking at $90 for enough vinyl to cover the area and probably 1 hour of labour so about $200ish all up. If you want any help please feel free to ask I enjoy helping around this forum . That sounds like such a great idea, I am only early on in the process and I know exactly what you mean. I’ve learnt so much from reading others experiences, this site has been a god send. I’m still afraid of what I don’t know though haha. Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 - Ormeau Hills - Week 1 Retaining W 227Nov 06, 2017 9:26 pm Relle Caydenn Relle Hello, thanks for sharing your build!
