Sure! The full glass laundry door was a $296 upgrade Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 - Ormeau Hills - Admin Troubles 202Oct 10, 2017 11:02 am Weekly update - We are so close now to starting, just debating back and forth about the height of our left hand side retaining wall . Seems like anywhere Coral can cut costs they are so just waiting for the final plans back due this week. Once we have that the certifier will have them stamped within 1 or 2 days and then we just need the bank to give us authority to commence which they estimate 2-3 days for. I think we are probably 3 or 4 weeks from Site scrape!! Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 - Ormeau Hills - Admin Troubles 203Oct 10, 2017 5:46 pm Not long now! We are building the same a Noosa 23 frame went up Fri/Sat just gone (carpenters there on Saturday!?). It will all be worth the wait in the end I know! We purchased land in Feb and slab poured last week - 6 months for us. Dani & Matt First home being built with Coral Homes - Noosa 23 in the Hunter Valley area.

Can't wait to see your progress Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 - Ormeau Ridge - ELECTRICAL APPOINT 205Oct 16, 2017 2:35 pm Caydenn Just got notification from Coral.... We are officially in with the private certifier. Our Customer Service agent is a MACHINE she is sending us practically hourly emails it's fantastic. Good news too is that Coral is looking after our vehicle crossing ! So I remembered you warning me about the vehicle crossing thing so the day after our plans were submitted to private certifier I asked our CSO if we need to handle any driveway approval or vehicle crossing before everything can be signed off and ready to build and she said no, your better off doing that after handover when you get a sub-contractor... So I am so confused as to why they told you different.. they were telling you that you had to sort it before you could get building approval right? I literally don't want anything to delay us! Also I found the coolest thing ever for building a new house, you guys are going to love it, il post it on my forum soon Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 - Ormeau Ridge - ELECTRICAL APPOINT 206Oct 16, 2017 2:39 pm StephLee So I remembered you warning me about the vehicle crossing thing so the day after our plans were submitted to private certifier I asked our CSO if we need to handle any driveway approval or vehicle crossing before everything can be signed off and ready to build and she said no, your better off doing that after handover when you get a sub-contractor... Our right hand side neighbour started their retaining wall today and should be done this weekend. We are super excited to get this build underway and hoping to at least have bricks by christmas time Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 - Ormeau Hills - Start 31/10/2017 215Oct 30, 2017 11:44 am Met our site supervisor this morning and he seems awesome! Super organised and ready to go, can't wait to get this all started, they expect to have Slab and Frames done by November 21st. He is aiming to have all external house work and gyprock done by Christmas time and construction of our retaining wall starts this Friday and is expected to be complete by Tuesday ready for our slab planning to begin. It's all so exciting now! Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 - Ormeau Hills - Start 31/10/2017 217Oct 30, 2017 12:39 pm Dylandbrooke Fantastic news guys - and so cool that your SS seems great. Will be a sweet Xmas pressy if the outside and gyprock is all done! He showed us the booking schedule and it is amazing how much has already been booked and locked in, really makes you appreciate the work that goes into getting a house built. Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 - Ormeau Hills - Start 31/10/2017 219Oct 30, 2017 6:56 pm It is fantastic how quickly it all comes together. We have just started the 8th week and up to internals. Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 - Ormeau Hills - Week 1 Retaining W 220Nov 01, 2017 9:09 am You should pressure clean your roof first and make sure the paint you buy also is anti mould. 4 18573 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13773 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4350 |
