Looks great. Can't wait to see it all finished. all up it will be 98 days to PCI of building Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 - Ormeau Hills: PCI March 8th 479Feb 20, 2018 3:23 pm Got all of our final handover info today from head office. Interesting point they make in the final payment documentation is that once the house reaches PCI it is not covered by Coral's Insurance anymore so we are working on getting insurance sorted for next week. Also had to tell them that we are not making final payment for the property until that refund for the retaining wall has been paid. He mentioned "not to hold our breath about it" as it was possible it won't be refunded. I think they'll be in for quite the surprise if they think we are just going to walk away from work not being doing on our home and them not giving the funds back. Fencing starts on Monday too . Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 - Ormeau Hills: PCI March 8th 480Feb 20, 2018 6:44 pm We had to organise our home and contents insurance prior to submitting the final invoice for payment. I guess it just covers the banks just in case. You should pressure clean your roof first and make sure the paint you buy also is anti mould. 4 18573 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. So ask… 1 4350 |
