Very excited, still got to wait for the paper work but we go ahead and pay are $1150 this week to the Council for the development contribution levy. They won't issue a building permit until you pay this. We are down in Melbourne tomorrow. So will look at some furniture stores in Richmond as not liking all what we see in Ballarat or Geelong at the moment. The new plan got a higher energy star rating too at 6.3 than the old one as well. I sort of knew from last time what they were going to value the house at so was hoping the smaller house wasn't going to impact much.
