I just got my quote for the tiling outside the inclusions. It's sitting at 6k extra. Might have to refine that bit. Maybe to tile all of the ensuite areas. They were really good cause they had to battle with the Bank lawyers over stamp duty. Trying to explain to them that SRO had change their rules 1 July. Got there in the end. Contract day and final selections. I'm a little bit nervous. As what happens if I screw up and my house looks like crap. We had to change some of the titles in the bathroom and ensuite as my first selections the $$$ little bit more than what we wanted to pay. I try and post some photos later on. But only one area to fix up. Picture doesn't do them justice. I think I had camera too close. Island bench - Graphite Matte Stone. With Grey Sheen cupboards On the back bench and in butler pantry. Luna White Stone. Polar White Gloss cupbaords and Natural Oak Matt on top (no handles) Only having handles on cupboards and pot drawers below the bench. And the handles will be all horizontal. Forgot to take a pic of choice. This is the tile used in a brick bond pattern. Tiles to the ceiling in main kitchen behind the range. Same tile in the butlers. Top tile in the picture below. Industrial Metal tile will be behind the back of the bath in ensuite. And the rest will be white tiles layed in stack bond pattern. In the bathroom no herringbone only gunnmetal colour which will run the wall length on mirror side and rest white. A quick update, we didn't have site start before Easter.
