I must say that Henley have started to lift their game on their customer service. From being pretty abysmal up until a few months ago, it have been pleasurable dealing with them. It’s been 16 months since we paid our first deposit and there are 4 months to go. Looking back on the build process it’ll seem short but when in the process it takes ages. Changes since my last post are : roof is on and all the electrical/plumbing is complete. Walls are up and bathrooms waterproofed. Brick work is also done and they have started to render.
