I just wanted to clear up the Planning and Building permits section 11.3. (pg 38) Our contract say that the planning permit shall be obtained by the owner estimated fees to obtain $1000 Building permit shall be obtained by the owner (building surveyor/builder on behalf) Building Permit shall be paid by the owner estimated fees $1000. Does that mean that we have to add another $2000 on top of the final price? As the standard inclusions form we have states that the Building permit including permit fees specifications and drawings are included. Just wondering if that is standard?
