We are through contract and have settlement on our land later this week, there are still some issues to sort out with developer and council approval though so likely not starting construction until late July. FYI there is a very long PD thread already, viewtopic.php?f=31&t=497&p=1716699#p1716699 Building a Kew 28 with Porter Davis Re: Building with Porter Davis 3Jun 07, 2017 1:05 pm The main Porter Davis thread is a great topic. Looking forward to seeing how they progress Where are you up to with your house nesschi, did you go with any of the optional structural changes? We've done our contract and are hopefully getting developer approval and council approval in the next month or so and then starting construction by end of July with a bit of luck. We added on pretty much all the structural changes with the corner al fresco, extended kitchen, linen cupboard, study, separate WC and bathroom. Sounds like you are so close to starting! How exciting! Went with the extended laundry, courtyard, corner alfresco and separate toilet/bathroom. Essentially the same plan as the display Kew in Bendigo. Sounds like we've made similar changes The study is a is a going to be a good option, the bedroom is very long without it! Best of luck and I hope it goes smoothly. We'll have to keep in touch with our progress. Re: Building with Porter Davis - Kew 23 11Jun 15, 2017 4:51 pm nesschi Colour selection is next week... Eek! We went to the one in Bendigo, ours is pretty much the same as the one at Sunbury or Atherstone in Melton before that. Let's hope we both make pretty rapid progress!
