Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 01, 2017 8:10 am Morning All, We have a plan for a new Double Story on a very slopy block, I have not yet discussed landscaping with the builder however my concern is that when done, there may not be enough clearance for a bobcat or somesuch to come in and landscape afterwards. Just after some reccomendations as to engage a landscaper before or after or to get the builder to do it themselves. Note: The builder has said a bobcat could come in after he is done, he has even offered his landscaper post build. Re: Sloping Block Build: When to Landscape 5Jun 01, 2017 7:50 pm Custom builder indeed, but his work looks pretty clean. Ill ask him what to expect post handover, but I think he typically leaves sites in a good state. My worry is the same, bobcat damages something or cant get through... Give Jonathan a call. Tell him you know me. He is in my opinion the best surveyor I have ever worked with. Just shoot out some emails to volume builders in… 3 18545 Howdy all. I am looking for feedback on what people would do to maximise and make an area as flat as possible.
