Love your choices they will look beautiful Re: Western Sydney Daydream 30 Coral Homes 22Sep 19, 2017 3:23 pm Not much to add so far, have received all variation costs back now and have signed off on everything, so now just playing the waiting game for CDC approval, we are at 3 weeks tomorrow, so hopefully wont be too much longer. Once that's done everything is all in order to sign contracts straight away, so we should be turning dirt by the end of October. We have had people down the street start moving dirt on their blocks, so its nice to see some of the builds starting in our estate. Ooh that's exciting it will fly by Re: Western Sydney Daydream 30 Coral Homes 24Sep 29, 2017 9:54 pm Received news that we now have CDC approval today, so we should be signing contracts in the next week or two, then on with the build 😁😁 Re: Western Sydney Daydream 30 Coral Homes 25Oct 17, 2017 9:25 pm Exciting day today getting to the contract signing stage. Sent off to the bank for authority to commence and we should have the kitchen layout drawings back from timpelle tomorrow according to them. So all hoops have now been jumped through, looking forward to see construction commence. I would have to say apart from some rather pricey upgrade options, I cannot really complain about the pre construction process with Allworth. It all seems to have progressed smoothly. Loving those selections the tiles are beautiful. We're still thinking about vinyl for flooring I would love to go with it except all the styles I like end up too pricey for our budget. Our DA was approved yesterday so now the wait to get the construction certificate and finally get those contracts signed. Awesome news Homestead, another step forward 👍👍 Keep trying with the vinyl flooring, it’s definately worth the spend in my opinion, and haggle haggle haggle 😁😁 Re: Western Sydney Daydream 30 Coral Homes 30Nov 03, 2017 6:30 pm Another small step completed in the process today, forwarded our authority to commence from the bank to Allworth and all that is left from an admin side is to sign off on final plans and tender. Hopefully not too much longer and they can turn some dirt on site. Re: Western Sydney Daydream 30 Coral Homes 31Nov 10, 2017 5:52 pm And so end the admin and paperwork phase. Signed off on construction issue drawings today, time to get this show on the road 😁😁😁 Re: Allworth Carlisle Build In Western Sydney 32Nov 21, 2017 12:04 pm Re: Allworth Carlisle Build In Western Sydney 33Nov 24, 2017 5:05 pm Re: Allworth Carlisle Build In Western Sydney 34Nov 24, 2017 8:37 pm Wow things are moving along now so good to see! So exciting for you viewtopic.php?f=31&t=89450&start=20 Re: Allworth Carlisle Build In Western Sydney 36Nov 25, 2017 6:52 am Thanks guys, it’s good to see it underway 😁😁 I think they will stop on my job after the slab as they won’t be able to get the frames weatherproof prior to Xmas and won’t want them exposed over the break Re: Allworth Carlisle Build In Western Sydney 37Nov 25, 2017 9:12 pm Wow congrats your moving along quickly. Awesome that they even consider preventing frames being out in weather not many builders would care I imagine Re: Allworth Carlisle Build In Western Sydney 39Nov 30, 2017 3:16 pm Re: Allworth Carlisle Build In Western Sydney 40Nov 30, 2017 5:41 pm Woohoo that’s exciting!
