Can anyone comment on what their digital TV reception is like in Bardia? (do you need high antenna placement) And is there any special requirements for NBN as I believe Bardia has NBN FTTP (Fibre to the Premises) Have you experienced any connectivity issues or slow down during peak periods? Thanks in advance. The info can be found on RMS website. I thought it’s about the permanent and constant noise coming off the passing vehicles on M5. Didn’t understand when you it will be going till 2018 or 2019 Re: Building at Bardia - New Breeze 425Dec 31, 2017 9:45 am jagand wentworth33 The noise is already predicted back in 2014 as part of Campbelltown Road upgrade and will still going till 2018 or 2019. Didn’t understand when you it will be going till 2018 or 2019 There is current road upgrade on edmondson park / bardia. But its hard to believe if you anyone far from the M5 can hear the noise, especially newbreeze. Anyway, anyone who live close to M5 should have be prepared for the permanent noise, unless the M5 and M7 moved to other state. Intestingly the page seems to have a lot of focus on lost dogs/pets rather than community concerns. Is that a good or bad thing? I was hoping to ask odd questions like TV reception (do you need high antennas) and what is needed for your NBN FTTP (fibre to the premises) like? There are a lot of posts re NBN/antennas, just scroll down as much as you can My suggestion, dont worry too much with NBN or TV antena.. you wont get anything from the builder, because its not builder responsibility. Both NBN and TV antenna is iut of scope for the builder. Its accessories to the builder and they wont force you to install it and they also wont responsible for any poor quality as it is depends on your provider and location. Hope this ease your anxiety. Architect can't finialize the plans untill the surveyor is given access to the lot for the levals. Which isnt going to happen untill registration. Hi Tolgz, I' also have a corner lot like yours (it's in series 5). Last time I spoke to sales office was early Nov 17 and they advised me it's going to be registered in Jan/Feb18. Have you got any updates regarding yours? Re: Building at Bardia - New Breeze 435Jan 15, 2018 10:30 pm Tolgz I also have been given the same info jan/feb registration. Its mid feb or march for settlement. Happy New Year! people with 20.. series- have you started choosing your builders yet? do you plan to sign price lock-in contracts? Since we were exploring the options with builders for a year now, we have lots of catalogs with their last years' prices, for Eden Brae for example, the price for the past year has increased by 9K ( we have a narrow lot so the houses we were looking at were significantly smaller than usual). As far as I know there is an option to lock the price for free for the term of one year.. Mcdonald Jones has 18 months price lock-in contract for 6K. With land registration being delayed for current series, do you think it makes sense to pay extra? Or just go with 1 year lock-in contract and just pay the fee if the registration is delayed? Sales offices review their prices quarterly.. Re: Building at Bardia - New Breeze 437Jan 16, 2018 2:52 pm elysium Hi, guys!
