They also took a long time sending us the contract, can anyone share how many weeks before they receive their receipt/contract. You will need to ask your builder regarding the total building size that you can build. If you are allowed to build 90% of the land size, try to do double storey, you can get larger building size. And also, as far as I know, Alfresco is not counted as building size, but on the builder design, it does include Alfresco. Hi Amiarm, Any formal letter yet ? It seems like getting delayed ? I have found an information on the internet that Lot 111 Campbelltown Road, Bardia is registered already. Lot 111 Campbelltown road is the lot just across of Towncentree and in front of Bardia Public school. I also had a quick chat with Jesse and he predicted that the new macdonald road will be open between 24 - 31 July 2017, but nothing concrete yet. Builders not have much knowledge about it. They only talk about set design/ custom. Bardia is under Campbelltown Council. There are different rules. Doesnt matter whether Bardia is under edmondson park south DCP, as at now, Bardia remain under campbelltown council. If you check your contract, its under campbelltown council. As at now, Campbelltown council staff is the one who will come and check you land as well as register your land into the system. So the smart lot rules may be vary between Liverpool and Campbelltown. But, I do totally understand your point.
