We watched him throughout the 4 days, def enough adhesive - we have done our own tiling in the past (with no cracking btw) and he cleaned the whole slab. He was the neatest tradie I think we had. We felt he was doing a good job and the workmanship was great. I'm thinking it's slab not tiler to be honest only because of the hairline cracks our slab has. We are on clay reactive soil but I never expected fracked tiles - like I said my inlaws haven't had that issue and their tiler stuffed up a lot on their build 13 years ago. I have called the builder who will come out and look. I'm expecting they will fix for now replace the tiles, record the cracks in the slab we can see and then wait 6 months. If it happens again or the slab cracks change I will ask for a engineer check. ~Shellby~ GJ Bridgewater 203 11/3/2016 - Site Work Started 29/9/2016 - Handover 142 Work Days 6 Work Days Over https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80174 1 6601 Firstly the ableflex that has been installed needs (manufactures specification) a sealant cap over the top, preventing water draining down between the slab and the… 3 7744 Our house was completed 8 years ago.
