Building inspector(s) in the ACT?

Does anyone have any recommendations (or otherwise) or experience with any new home construction building inspectors in Canberra? Looking for multiple stage inspections, and ideally contract/specifications review prior to signing as well.

I would send it to the certifier who is technically your representative and working on your behalf not the builder's
