Had some waterproofing done around the vanity and internal doors, skirting and framing materials were delivered so I think the carpenters will be around to start fixing these. Hows your progress going. We are currently away but got one of the neighbor to provide us some updates and pics. Looks like they have finished installing the kitchen and vanity cupboards and bench. They also finished installing the shelving for the storage rooms, skirting and framing around the internal doors and windows. Also the garage doors are in and its all locked up now. All the benches is now on and the sink has been installed in the butler's pantry. Tiling for the wet areas is done but we are not happy about the tiling upstairs in the toilets as we asked for it to be centre and its not, so we need to have a chat with our supervisor. Also the powerpoints in the master bathroom is sitting too low and we wanted this to be moved further up and was agreed this will be done but now they have tiled it how are they going to move it, guess they will need to do it again. There are doing some sanding for the plaster upstairs and also fixing up some plastering downstairs to prep for painting next week I believe. Have you got a settlement date yet? No settlement date yet, hows your build going? Going good.We had about 10 days of nothing being done due to painters delaying work on our build. They were stuck at another job. I've been told it doesn't delay our build that much and we are still sweet for the settlement on 21st December. Only time will tell.
