HGWA Prestart

Hi all.
Got prestart with HGWA on Tuesday!
Super excited to finally be locking in all details.
Wondering on a few prestart prices though. Hopefully someone will be able to give me some ball park figures for the following upgrades/additions please!
1. Cost (per m2) of extra paving around side of house
2. Frameless shadowline mirrors
3. Eco dual head shower set
4. Upgrading kitchen drawer handles
5. Upgrading included freestanding stove ((WFE914SA) to the same one but with cast iron trivets (WFE916SA)
6. Adding an extra external tap
7. Cost of 'hanging' the vanity in the bathrooms
8. Extra exhaust fan to laundry
9. Gas point to alfresco
10. Tap in fridge recess
11. Extra rendering
12. Cost of external power points

And anyone who might be able to comment on the following...
1. I have multiple banks of 3x drawers in the kitchen. On the plans, the drawers are all shown the same depth. Can I dictate the depths of the drawers? Eg. bigger drawers at the bottom, smaller at top of each bank? Will this cost extra?
2. Will the electricians put in pendant lights for me if I meet them onsite?? Last time I built they were happy to do so for a carton of beer!
3. Anyone had any luck convincing HGWA to allow access to site before handover for pool installation??
4. Maximum length of the Della Vita stone without a join??
