Congratulations! Hopefully it all goes fast for you from here We have bricks down. About 3/4 of the external walls at the moment Re: Building with Ventura in Bushmead, WA 57Sep 22, 2017 5:39 pm Can I ask what the low window is for in the first picture? Exciting times for you. I visited my site yesterday and I have a roof and windows. Could move in now... @Madora Dreamer Re: Building with Ventura in Bushmead, WA 58Sep 22, 2017 6:13 pm Hi Rheezy, I was looking for information about Bushmead on here and found your thread (the only one!) Nice build by the way and can't wait to see the end product! Since it's the only Bushmead thread, I'd assume most new home owners in Bushmead might've came across this thread. Can I just borrow this thread and ask those who are building in Bushmead on S class lots, how much do the site works cost? Apparently it's the old rifle range and being closer to the hills and with a creek running through, I'd expect some trace of clay is found? I've read about different site work costs depending on traces of clay but I just want to know in general how much builders are charging for it, especially for the lots closer to the creek. Any input is appreciated, thanks. Re: Building with Ventura in Bushmead, WA 59Sep 22, 2017 6:35 pm Madora Dreamer Can I ask what the low window is for in the first picture? Exciting times for you.
