Hello Neighbours, just checking if anybody secured a land in stage 3- Jordan springs east and finalised any builder? I know it's too early looking at stage 1 is still not registered.

There have been 2 releases so ft for stage 3 if I'm not mistaken. We bought in stage 2 but I signed up with a different email address to stay on the mailing list

Haha nice. Yes we also brought in stage 2 but have friends wanting stage 3 and we got told in January they wouldn't be available for release/ put holdings on until end of this year. Interesting to know. Thanks
