Hi all
I'm building a new home with a volume builder and we are at bricking stage.
Looking at the job I am disappointed at some sections.
The section is as shown below. Obviously I can see they have cut the brick to make it fit.
Can they do this? Why did they have to cut?

Backside, we can see some cut bricks.

Below shows what I think the layout should have been. No cuts needed.

Plans says 110cm, I measure to be 113cm. Is 2cm extra the reason for the brickies to make a cut?

Then there are other sections that aren't lined up as shown below.

Do I have any grounds to challenge this and make them redo or accept the way it is?
I've already spoken to the site supervisor and he's pretty much saying that's the way it is, nothing we can do.
