We have a lot on hold in Stage 7 and we visited the area yesterday. We saw that there were HV power lines nearby. Was this an issue for you? Hi easty. The lot I was planning to buy is around 150metres from the power lines based on Google earth. Did you have to pay LMI and with what bank?
