So all up I think we are more around the $25k, but still reasonable IMO.

We upgraded the downlights to the LEDlux 700 Lumen Warm White Downlight, which is meant to have better coverage (and therefore allowed us to have less downlights). I was a little worried about if we had enough downlights in some of the areas, but the consultant assured me it will be sufficient, I suppose only time will tell!
Electrical was around $10k, which was mainly:
- NBN pack $2k
- Downlights $4k
- Upgraded heating and zoned: $2k
- Power points: $1k
We also got three of these bad boys above the kitchen bench, which look awesome

The darkest paint card (left) will be the front two pillars), then the other two colours are bottom and top of the house. Hoping they let us do half/half, apparently we might not be able to split the colours between ground and first floor? :s
Not sure why we can't especially seeing as Hebel has a join between the two levels. Anywho.. might have to just go all grey (middle colour) if that is the case).
