That is going to go well with the new born haha
That's positive too.... your baby will be a pro at sleeping through noise, so you don't need to worry about tiptoeing around.

I had my Land and Building contract reviewed by my Solicitor. I was told that (SC53.1 ,53.2(a) ,54) way the clause written in contract. I would find difficult to get my home loan approved. I had this claim confirmed with my mortgage broker (and he himself got a written confirmation from NAB,CBA, ANZ and Westpac) "not accept split contracts such as what is proposed by Clarendon" My original sales Agent was very helpful, but, unfortunately, he has moved on to another job. Currently I am getting different answers from Sales department people. I am wondering if anyone of you had this problem? . please help...... /size] Hi, I can imagine your situation. What happened on your loan now ? I am looking to secure a lot on house and land packages in Domaine Homes somewhere in south west sydney. They said they have split contract. First ,after tender they told I need to sign contract for house build and then exchange contract on Land. My broker /solicitor saying it is split contract, many banks will reject it or if successful to secure loan will ask 12% deposit at least and also interest might increase because of risk factor of split contract. And when I ask for providing me draft contract sales agent from Domain says "I can't give you contract because first we do tender and then do build contract and then land contract, so we haven't come at that stage to provide you that". So, I am also not sure what to do. My solicitor is asking me bring the draft contract and I will have a look, but sales agent says its too early to ask- "you first pay deposit to get it off from market and then once tender is done we can proceed to build contract then I can send it to your solicitor". They were offering good land size, I dont want to miss it, but meahwile I don't want myself to be in a life sucking abyss! All over the product review there is not even a bad review about Domaine but this is very confused. Generally, land contract is done first and then house contract once land is registered. I brought terry road box hill in June 2022 House was meant to be completed Nov 2023 That did not happen I had to chase them so much to the land Registration and… 0 2503 Howdy all. I am looking for feedback on what people would do to maximise and make an area as flat as possible. First, out the front of the house is a sloping hill, pretty… 0 20150 regardless, your contract stipulates a payments schedule and SOPA doesn't give provision to that scenario. Your contractual terms appear to stand. Hence get a lawyer, it… 4 11869 |
