The Allandale is great though, it stands out Re: Simonds Prague Modified SA 46Aug 26, 2017 8:02 am Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Just some photos from our visit yesterday 😁 bricking almost complete but our timber front windows have been delayed so plasterboarding is starting! Re: Simonds Prague Modified SA 47Aug 26, 2017 8:44 am Looks lovely and spacious. Great choice with the bricks, I like those a lot Re: Simonds Prague Modified SA 48Aug 26, 2017 9:11 am Marshall5858 Looks lovely and spacious. Great choice with the bricks, I like those a lot It looks so much bigger when plasterboard goes up! When we only had the frame I was convinced you wouldn't fit a bed in any of the rooms 😂😂 We love the bricks but we just wish we got eaves 😔 Re: Simonds Prague Modified SA 49Aug 26, 2017 2:51 pm Oh yeah, I didn't notice the lack of eaves. They're handy when walking round the perimeter in the rain.. we only got them because my hubby insisted on them, for this reason Re: Simonds Prague Modified SA 50Aug 26, 2017 3:25 pm Marshall5858 Oh yeah, I didn't notice the lack of eaves. We were never given an option for them Re: Simonds Prague Modified SA 51Aug 26, 2017 3:55 pm gemm01 Marshall5858 Oh yeah, I didn't notice the lack of eaves. We were never given an option for them Umm I think they were around an extra $1500. These are definitely the sort of things we learn for, 'next time' Re: Simonds Prague Modified SA 52Aug 26, 2017 4:37 pm Marshall5858 gemm01 Marshall5858 Oh yeah, I didn't notice the lack of eaves. Ah well, when the fence goes up hopefully it won't be so noticeable. There is most definitely not going to be a next time for me 😂😂 this has been hectic enough! Timber front windows still being delayed but hopefully not too much longer. 2nd fix carpenter in next week and should complete all the cornices, skirting etc but when I went there today it looked that all that was done except for a few doors so if we get our timber frames in early this week it might be cabinetry time which means I can finally see my kitchen colours come together!! Re: Simonds Prague Modified SA 55Sep 08, 2017 6:23 pm Kika Hi, how are doing with your building? Any progress in Sep? Have you got your kitchen? We haven't gotten our kitchen in yet as we are still waiting on our front timber windows to arrive so then the bricking can be completed and the lock up stage is done. They are doing what they can inside though. The 2nd fix carpenter would have finished today so all of our internal doors and cornices etc are done. Hopefully our windows arrive soon then it'll be th4 cabinetry next Re: Simonds Prague Modified SA 58Sep 09, 2017 8:21 am Yeah I use that app everyday almost! Haha. So far on the mysimonds it says PCI date is the 1st of November so we will see how that goes. We got our front door to match the stain on our front timber windows when we eventually get them so we reckon it will look good. What type of colour is that? Re: Simonds Prague Modified SA 60Sep 09, 2017 8:52 am I'm sure that'll look fine! It's very hard choosing colours just by looking at them, but when it all comes together it'll be all good 😊😊 |
