Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 18, 2017 9:12 am Hi all, we have been given a copy of the contract to look over and sign one thing that I am not sure on is that the drawing show a verandah on ,the origanal one was on stumps with steps up, and the one we are getting will be on concrete, no steps seems the dirt will be built up around it . So my question is should the drawings in the contract show this change? Or does it not matter if they have things on the drawings that have changed? cheers Lorri Re: Working drawing in contract. 2Jan 18, 2017 4:46 pm The drawings need to show what you are getting.
