My wife and I are building in Highgrove (Stage 3) as well. We visited the area a couple of weekends ago and looks like it’s progressing well. Really keen to hear updates and your progress. Any thoughts on how much do they charge to render the front of the house? We visited Tiledirect and realised its either standard tiles or a $10k upgrade!! Would be great to hear ideas on upgrades. Happy to share mine too. Re: Highgrove Box Hill 7Oct 25, 2017 12:21 pm Hi, We are about to put a deposit on a house and land package at Box Hill wondering what hidden cost we don't know about? Can anyone share their additional cost in their tenders? Are we missing anything else? What did you add to your home?
