A as con is the infrastructure information for your block it shows all the pipe gauge sizes for storm water, sewer and it also shows easements and any technical information required by the builder. What you have is your stage as con which is great, but your lot as con will show your builder exactly what they need. If your land hasn't registered yet give the developer a call as they will have a preliminary as con as it was required to lodge to council for the original sub division. If your land had registered then council will have a stamped and certified copy on file.
