As long as it's big enough for you, then it's perfect. We wanted to go with something smaller so we'd have a decent backyard, and after living in a 10sq house for almost 30 years, 28sq is going to be huge.

When I try to tell friends and such that my house is small they get so upset! Like "Omg no your place is huge"... and I'm like okay maybe to you, but when I compare with houses on here mine is tiny!! Great choices, looking forward to seeing it all come together. The developer keeps saying on track for November but wont give me any more info. Re: Metricon Winchester 28- Plans and new contract date 113Sep 26, 2017 11:14 am Recevied our developer update today. Looks like our stage may be slipping behind as they are now saying late November or early December, when they assured me last week it was still November. I'm really hoping to be in the house by our first wedding anniversary in June but who knows....M did say we'd be in by April originally but I'm not silly enough to believe that. Looks like we need electrical/NBN, and footpaths before they can get it finalised. Re: Metricon Winchester 28- Plans and new contract date 114Sep 28, 2017 9:34 am New CSC as of today, contract paperwork hopefully coming in today, and signing appointment on Tuesday. Also looking forward to seeing my husband tonight as he has been working away for the last week. Re: Metricon Winchester 28- Plans and new contract date 115Sep 28, 2017 8:13 pm I hope your contract paper work showed up BlackCat, most importantly your happy with it. It's always nice to see the hubbies when they return, mine used to travel a fair bit for work but not anymore Re: Metricon Winchester 28- Plans and new contract date 116Sep 29, 2017 10:06 am Tribe7 I hope your contract paper work showed up BlackCat, most importantly your happy with it. It's always nice to see the hubbies when they return, mine used to travel a fair bit for work but not anymore Paperwork landed just before I left work yesterday. A few things still missing that we picked up over a week ago. - brick infill over garage missing - brick infill over front door - ensuite shower is still the wrong way around - kitchen bench shown as two different heights on the plans - overhead cupboard missing over the fridge (but now on the pricing) Then there are some other things to query; render has gone up over $200, our site costs were fixed and now arent. Yeah it's nice to have him home. It's been a crazy week, he was home only one night. The long weekend at least is a nice chance to catch up.
