Looks promising! So near to finishing line! Do you have any idea how long will be from PCI to handover?
Got it! Thanks!

They paint the inside of the garage before the door goes on so they don't have to cut in around the mounting brackets. Is your door frame going to be painted or stained? Easy fix if painted, less so if stained. We've got a massive divot out of our front door frame, and we're having it stained, so not sure how they're going to fix that yet Our Bayside KDR Thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=78298 Re: Metricon Winchester 28- Home Straight 869Aug 27, 2018 9:30 am Drew01 Our downpipes were connected this week, given our builds have almost been hand in hand, yours can't be too far away! PCI is supposed to be two weeks away so its going to be a busy fortnight! Wow, you're going to be finished before us then! We've been told mid September... We're onsite all day tomorrow getting quotes for post handover items like tiling, blinds, gas fire installation, garage, driveways... They booked it for September 11 but we're pushing it to later in the week due to my husband's work schedule. Hoping we have handover by the end of the month. Fencing will happen same week at PCI. Once we have handover itll be a race to get the back yard landscaped, then move us all in. Then we can worry about side paths, front yard etc. Also need to look into sheers for inside, was going to do them myself but feeling a little less motivated at the moment. The Brick company probably came too early to do their QA or check. https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?url=ht ... are_type=t The mortar getting washed out is pretty normal, we've got quite a lot like that, they'll patch it up and you won't even know the difference https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?url=ht ... are_type=t Hmmm, I have checked your past posts and it seems that you are in NSW, not WA as I had thought. It pays to show your State in your avatar.
