Definitely a big no no. Once the bricks have been cleaned they'll attach th remainder of the down pipe and connect it. I rang 11, and 2 got back to me... End up with the third quote from a guy who travels down from South Seymour via word of mouth, and he was the cheapest quote... The price was very reasonable for two side fences and a merbau gate. Their work looks good too.
