Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Sekisui | Burbank - Cedarwood1828 732Jun 21, 2018 10:56 pm I hope you get some resolution on your outstanding issues soon, particularly the HWS relief valve. Isn't that a safety issue? Also, we thought there might have been an issue with our rain water tank, but it was just that it hadn't rained for ages. Re: Sekisui | Burbank - Cedarwood1828 733Jun 23, 2018 1:30 pm Plumber came back and fixed the hws relief value! But the sensor part wasn’t done and I wasn’t contacted like he said he would do when they get onsite. I actually have no hot water in the tank - all hot water is coming from the instantaneous. I am guessing the pump is not circulating the water from the roof collector panels because that sensor isn’t reading the tank temp :/ will have to call the plumber again. Kingspan was requested to come check the rain water pump. I have their email now too Sekisui | Burbank - Cedarwood1828 734Jun 28, 2018 9:56 pm Still haven’t gotten around to hang the sheers yet but here is the TV. My brother wanted to come watch soccer so I made him help me wall mount it haha. The unit is from icon by design Moved the modem here, much better wifi reception. Luckily we had 2 cat6 ports in the living room. 1 port is taking input from NTD and the other is taking the traffic back to the Hills switch at the hub. Now I have 3 spare ports in this room instead of the original 2! Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Sekisui | Burbank - Cedarwood1828 735Jun 29, 2018 9:50 am Forgot to post this earlier. Laundry bench siliconed and finished with a few coats of timber oil. Nicer if fully built in but it’s doing the job. And we didn’t think about moving taps to under tub oh well the dog can now have a warm bath once the outside footpaths are done Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Builders didn’t finish the timber trim for garage door jamb. Materials were there already. Sick of seeing bricks through the ugly gap so just did it ourselves. Should we paint it the wall colour, door colour or leave it? I will take a pic of our kitchen lights. Still working out how the electrician can put up the void light without a huge expense of hiring ladder/scaffolding but want him to be safe too! Re: Sekisui | Burbank - Cedarwood1828 739Jun 30, 2018 3:49 pm The_Joneses The kitchen light looks awesome! Lol I remember you have the same one! Man, loving it. Finally something to bring a abit of warmth( its 3000k warm light) Will see what it’s like at night before I adjust the height and cut off the excess suspension wires.
