I have found having a forum helps me keep track of what's been happening and when for my own house ☺ Re: Manhattan 23 - Coral Homes (Riverstone Crossing) 128Sep 02, 2017 11:05 pm I love your colour choices! We have very similar taste. Can I ask, when you decide on the colours for your facade, do they have software that allows you to see what it will look like? Can I ask, when you decide on the colours for your facade, do they have software that allows you to see what it will look like? No they don't definitely go into the showroom on a Saturday open day before your appointment to check out options. I used photoshop to mock up what our facade colours will look like ☺ Re: Manhattan 23 - Coral Homes (Riverstone Crossing) 130Sep 02, 2017 11:18 pm StephLee Relle I love your colour choices! It's 2017!! 😂 We have been into the showroom once but it was a little overwhelming so I think we need to go back - without the kids next time! Re: Manhattan 23 - Coral Homes (Riverstone Crossing) 131Sep 12, 2017 11:08 am Steph! Where is your land registration Re: Manhattan 23 - Coral Homes (Riverstone Crossing) 132Sep 12, 2017 11:11 am [quote="Caydenn"]Steph! Where is your land registration /quote] Right! I called the Titles Office yesterday it was definitely submitted on the 6th of September and he estimated about 2 weeks so hopefully mid-late next week! Our loan expires next Thursday so we had to get an extension for that, if it expires any later than Thursday next week I don't even know what we do in regards to our loan expiring because it's related to settlement not registration Have you guys sorted your flooring payment issue and retaining stuff yet?! Re: Manhattan 23 - Coral Homes (Riverstone Crossing) 133Sep 12, 2017 11:15 am Oh! Well that's super exciting, I'm sure the bank will be happy to extend it a few more weeks, it's in their best interest and I'm sure your broker can help (if you used one). The Retaining walls are all sorted with our neighbours, just waiting for the new plans to come back from Coral As for the flooring it's just about sorted out but we are ironing out one last small issue. At the moment we are going to start at the same time as our neighbours because of the retaining wall changes so we are looking at early-mid November which is fine by me as long as the house in bricked up by the time they go away for Christmas. Yay good news! That's exciting ☺ I think it's unlikely we will be starting before Christmas - possibly slab but not holding my breath haha Re: Manhattan 23 - Coral Homes (Riverstone Crossing) 136Sep 13, 2017 11:14 am I am finally happy with our ensuite! This is the original VS what we have done - added a vanity area to the right to sit under and extended the mirror and adjusted the window to suite - total cost was $635 to do this which I think is well worth it! Hoping the full length mirror and top window will open it up more too. We have also changed our bathroom wall tile selection to ceiling height brickbond white matte subway tiles - I hope they look good! We thought it would suit our house style better. Land is expected to register next week sometime.. if it doesn't register by Thursday we will need to re-apply or get another extension on our land loan as well Re: Manhattan 23 - Coral Homes (Riverstone Crossing) 137Sep 13, 2017 11:17 am Love what you have done with the bathroom, that is going to look amazing and add some serious value to the home... Very jealous of your bathroom sizes! Hi Everyone I learned something this week that I thought would be worth sharing. In NSW a lot of developers of subdivisions put covenants on the land which normally… 0 6586 1 15766 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13781 |
