Still waiting on the storm water pipe to be replaced however SS has said he is going to continue on with our build regardless.. but it’s like everything that was booked has been pushed back and he’s just fitting in trades when they are available how are you handling it! In NSW a lot of developers of subdivisions put covenants on the land which normally… 0 6495 1 15694 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption.
