Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 03, 2017 1:58 pm Hi, Does anyone have advice whether to include front fence brickwork & render into the build contract? We have a 17.8m frontage and want to put in a a brick rendered fence (about 6 course then pillars at 20course) which will have a driveway and pedestrian gate and infills (these will will add after handover). Cost me $4,600. To then upgrade the fence to have brick infill 4-5 bricks high between two sections... and act as a kind of retaining wall was another $3,900 through the builder.
