Congrats!! Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 346Sep 15, 2017 10:36 pm Good luck with soil test results! Still no news, and apparently the site supervisor wasn't told that soil tests could be done, so was refusing all the builders access! That's been sorted now, and I'm not even sure Hallmark tried to get in as their admin is so slow. Land still hasn't been submitted for registration (sooo not impressed), and we recently discovered that I'm pregnant, so it would be nice to have a house before baby arrives end of March. Not looking likely at this point though.... - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 348Sep 16, 2017 11:37 am Bridgetwitch Thanks guys! Was not at all planned, so came as a bit of a shock! I'm hoping the tradies will be extra nice to me when I wander on site with a big baby belly! That gives them a deadline to work to anyway! And if you do move pregnant you won't have to do any heavy lifting https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?share_ ... are_type=t Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 353Sep 16, 2017 4:33 pm Bridgetwitch Thanks guys! Who knows maybe you get a super quick build as the nicer weather is coming. Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 354Sep 16, 2017 10:01 pm OMG that is some drama! Sorry to hear of the dilemma. But congrats on the pregnancy! 😃 Feel free to take my build title. Obviously in our case the baby won... and the house hasn't finished yet.😂 Follow our first house build here! -> https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=86484 Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 355Sep 17, 2017 11:56 am Omg congrats on baby news! You deserve a medal to be doing the build and baby thing together Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 360Sep 29, 2017 6:06 pm Tribe7 Hey BW, Congrats on your big news, hope your feeling alright and things are starting to move along with the build. How's the land going? Have they gone for rego yet? Thanks Tribe! Glad to see things are moving along for you now! I got a really bad head cold almost two weeks ago, and have not been able to function ever since. Headaches, congestion, all day nausea and zero energy = worst pregnancy yet! 🤢 More excuses re land registration... "we are at the mercy of council... we send documents, they send back documents, then we forward through the next stage of documents..." blah blah blah! I'm hoping something will happen in October, but they are so full of sh*t, who knows! I wish there was some way to track land registration online... relying on the developer for info is the worst.... ☹️ - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Anybody know any good and reasonably priced Air conditioning contractors/companies that could install a ducted air conditioning system in the Central Coast NSW for a small… 0 8996 |
