Is there anything I can do? I will be contacting our SS in the morning, but was also thinking of sending an email to the offending company.... thoughts? 🤬 - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Same with ours the builder next door used our electricity and water while they getting theirs connected. I think your builder are paying for the bills until the hand over which they switch the account over so I wouldn't worry too much unless they are making a mess or causing issues. Our inexperienced SS started telling some plasterers off when they wandered into our yard to plug in their microwave!! But the construction manager stopped him and said that they all have an arrangement that they can use each others, except Burbank, Burbank don't share with anyone so don't share with Burbank . We were paying the water bill (not power), if I had realised this I would have told them off myself. Turned out the usage component for the build was $8 anyway, it's the other few hundred of fees that suck! I did feel like PD took advantage of the arrangement, their trades routinely ran power leads from our meter box even though theirs was significantly closer Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 537Feb 01, 2018 9:46 pm Ohhhhhwwww congratulations on your slab BW it’s so exciting to finally see it all happening for you. This pregnancy has been a tough one - no medical complications but super sore, stretched and uncomfortable. 32 weeks now - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 539Feb 03, 2018 2:45 pm It’s a awesome feeling knowing you don’t have to pay rent anymore. Not long and you will be moving in. I understand about the pregnancy my last one was the same. Simple things like tying shoes laces and remembering where the keys are can be impossible. I can’t believe how far along you are, I hope the last weeks pass smoothly and the heat calms down.
