Supposed to be 150 but only fet 144.3/145.6/144.8 in them Re: Hickinbotham Torquay Mod 574Jan 23, 2018 9:41 pm re electrical work - tried gettign extra doen by builders contractor but after about 4 calls and 5 emails i got it to estimators stage - that was about a week after slab was poured. another 3 emails and 5 unreturned calls and i gave up when framework was completed. If i decide to go ahead and get further a comms cabinet etc in i will get someone in to do it.. I did get the cables put into the location where i would put a cabinet though. wrote on the frame below the panel i wanted it in during first fixings.
good that you got your window measurements hopefully you can work with the dimensions you have without having to replace any of the blinds you brought. Will do mine hopefully next week unless I happen to visit while a trade has the house open again. i brought blinds all for mounting in window cavity so hoping i dont have any major size discrepancies have shortlisted the supplier for my security doors and will get measurements made next week hopefully. will be doing all security doors in black to match the window frames though wondering if front should be surfmist (extra $40) the $$ makes me wish i didnt keep the 2nd glass door found that there was more wall damage that wasnt visible from outside today. But on a positive note. found some friend of a friend who will work with me to allow me to DIY paving, fencing Pergola as well as my SW Green X marks damaged walls- most concerned with the damaged waterproofing wall in bathroom Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Hickinbotham Torquay Mod 575Jan 23, 2018 9:47 pm Thats horrible! Yes the slide doirs screens/security adds up quite a bit. We are also doing inside of windows for blinds. Our blinds us 150cm so need to cut off around 5cm for 3 rooms the rest is spot on with around 1-5mm bigger than specs shich is great! Re: Hickinbotham Torquay Mod 577Jan 23, 2018 10:05 pm not in the garage area though which is most of it. no damage above the noggins at 1.1m height though which lends more credence to kids lot of plasterboard to be replaced and will be interesting how they handle the damaged plasterboard in the bathroom Re: Hickinbotham Torquay Mod 580Jan 24, 2018 5:01 pm I'd be very suprised if a painter started a job thats not ready for them. Definately not gonna start if the cornice isnt even up. Hi, I'll be starting on my verandah repair soon - replace ledger, rafters, roofing iron, flashing etc. (fascia board already done).
