I guess that what happens when you buy land in an old industrial suburb! $3700 to remove. Oh well the show must go on. I'll just have to do extra shifts at work ? Would have thought they would have put an allowance for that in the site works given the area but it can be hard predicting these things. My builder told me they once found an old car buried in a block when they started earthworks! I didn't post my plan just because the sales person from a builder I didn't end up going with asked to see the plans. I think they might have wanted to copy it because they don't build many battle axe block houses! Just double checking with my CLO. I've read so many bad reviews about HGWA that I'm a bit edgy with everything. Thankfully so far it has been a smooth process and my CLO is nice and responsive.
