Basic electrical selections plan

Hi im wondering if anyone can give me some advice on what to select at electrical as the most neccessary and basic things ie: hdmi, internet etc

We will have nbn, it is a two story house with cinema room, 2 stories.

What is the minimum we can get that will ensure we have a good internet connection plus connecting the tvs to the internet and foxtel etc etc
