Browse Forums Building A New House Re: RE: Adenbrook Homes Ballina - The Build Has Begun! 63Apr 12, 2018 8:22 pm P.s I meet ceo of Adenbrook homes at work this week. Just by coincidence we got talking about the building market. Then he mentioned he runs a building company. I thought it would be a small one lol. Then I asked and he said adenbrook. I was like oh really I love there homes. Lol! He is a really lovely guy! Very down to earth. Re: RE: Adenbrook Homes Ballina - The Build Has Begun! 65May 10, 2018 1:43 pm Hey MJ, Did the guy you met go by the name of Glen, by any chance? He’s a really nice guy. Very communicative. Operation Retaining walls is taking place presently, with a total of 5 wet days so far holding up progress. Not their fault, of course, they can’t help the weather. Slab prep and pour is supposed to happen at the end of next week/start of the next. I see your build is off to a thundering start now it’s out of council. You must be feeling happy. We completed our defects walk-through today, though we're still waiting on the following:
