Building with Weeks and Macklin in Adelaide

I am seeking feedback on knocking down the family home and building 2 small homes with Weeks and Macklin in Adelaide, I like the idea of the Supaloc steel frame with the thermaloc insulation, interested in feedback from others who have gone down this path.

The fastest thing a builder will do is bank your cheque, those systems work perfectly with lightning speed, everything else is slow burn. Just the way it is.
