When I wrote in to request that they remind their workers to be more careful (I did mention that I understand accidents do sometimes occur), Allworth staff managing the facebook thread/messages went on the defensive immediately. There was no effort made to understand the situation, or even display basic politeness. There was no apology either; their reply was curt and rude. It is disappointing when it is customer service staff displaying such negative attitude. I will be relaying my experience to a friend thinking of employing Allworth for their build. the conduit would need to be undamaged regardless of what network is in play.
